Laurel's Tie-Dyed Cherry Garcia Groovy Cake
I made plain yellow cake and divided the batter into 4 and used lots of drops of Neon colouring.
Glop the different colours into the pans, then drag a knife blade through the colours. This was the real fun part!
It's official. Colourful cake tastes way better than plain cake! I put a little almond extract in the chocolate frosting and spread cherry jam in the middle.
